Actually, DON’T tune out the news!

All major world religions have a concept of engaged action in the community. We, New Agers, are often told to stick with "love & light", focus on Ascension, and stay out of politics. Why is that? Here's why I think that "Turn off the news to keep your vibe high" is shitty advice, especially now.
